OCC has successfully developed: ▪A web-based waterfront facility management system for a nationwide oil transshipment company to manage their inspections, permits, and future maintenance costs.
▪A desktop based GIS software application which displays a comprehensive map of all of New York City-owned waterfront properties and presents structure descriptions and photographs.
