They are responsible for performing the structural analysis and design of a project, preparing construction documents and working closely with the drafting staff, preparing technical specifications, and review of the design under construction as coordinated with the Construction Engineer.

Additionally, OCC staff has experience preparing and submitting permit applications necessary to implement any waterfront development permit. OCC attends pre-application regulatory meetings, prepares permit application documents, and shepherds the application through the permitting process. For larger projects, OCC can also act as the agent, representing the client and ensuring that contractors adhere to conditions set forth in the permit.
