Over the last 5 years, in New York Harbor alone, OCC has designed structural rehabilitation with a value of over $25,000,000 consisting of almost 2 miles of pile encasement or encapsulation work and existing structure demolition and replacement. 

We have designed these repairs to:

• minimize additional dead load application to the structure,
• be innovative yet structurally sound, and/or
• be straightforward for the contractor to install. 

Additionally, we have designed our repairs to be compliant with continuously changing criteria by various environmental conservation agencies.
