Requirements: Coordination with clients, technical managers, accounting staff, and other support staff as necessary to manage overall project deliverables, schedule and budgets. Liaise with clients and write proposals for engineering services, and participate in other business development activities.

Bachelor of Science Degree in Coastal, Civil, Structural, or Geotechnical Engineering. Master of Science Degree preferred. Professional Engineer (PE) License required. 10+ years of experience. 5+ years of Business Development experience required. Fieldwork required. Experience with waterfront structures required. Experience in the Boston, NYC or Philadelphia / Chesapeake Bay market segments preferred.
