The U.S. Department of Energy announced that $43 million worth of grants have been awarded to be spent over the next five years.  The grants are focused on technical innovations, lowering the capital and operational costs and shortening the timeline for offshore deployment.  Ocean and Coastal Consultants, Inc., is a member of 4 of the 41 teams selected for these activities.
