History
Ocean and Coastal Consultants, Inc. (OCC) began in 1983 as a small coastal engineering consulting firm. Over the past twenty-three years, OCC has expanded its services, staff, qualifications, and capabilities to become a recognized industry leader. OCC maintains offices in Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey and Aruba, and continues to grow and prosper.

Staff
OCC consists of a diverse staff of trained professionals with experience in civil, structural, coastal, ocean, and geotechnical engineering. Many are registered professional engineers with advanced degrees and years of practical experience providing effective and economical solutions to waterfront engineering problems. In addition to our engineering knowledge, OCC has 10 Professional Engineers and 6 Engineers trained in surface-supplied diving operations and underwater investigation techniques.
